1Alumni
The Alumni rate applies only to the individual(s) from your organization who attended Sage Summit in 2005, 2006, 2007, or 2008.

2Group Registration
To qualify for this rate, three or more associates must register from the same company. Group registration will be audited. If your company does not have at least three associates registered, those registrants will be notified and charged the applicable fee at the time of their original registration.

Hotel Reservations
Sage has negotiated discounted hotel rooms at the Hilton Atlanta, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, and Omni Hotel at CNN Center. Reservations at the discounted rates can be made only after conference registration opens on July 21. You can make your hotel reservations online during the registration process.

Spouses/Guests
Tickets for specific events as well as a complete package will be sold both online and at the event (limited number of tickets are available). Sage reserves the right to charge the stated conference fee for those customers who purchase guest tickets for themselves. Please note that Sage Summit guests must be 21 years or older to attend any event.

Conference Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail and received on or before midnight ET Friday, October 16, 2009, to receive a refund, less a $200.00 service charge. Cancellation requests after midnight ET October 16, 2009, and no-shows will be ineligible for a refund. Transfer of the registration fee to the next year will not be permitted.
